Your Expectations
Step 1: Discovery
This is your chance to get to know us, and for us to get to know you. It all starts with a simple phone call.
During this call we will discuss the scope of work, and we will explain to you any work that might need to be done prior to installation.
At the end of the call we will schedule an appointment for a site visit, or if you feel comfortable enough we can set a start date if all you want is an installation.
Our goal is to make this process as easy and simple as possible for you.
Step 2: Site Visit and Mockup
During the site visit, we can show you wallpaper samples, check the space, take measurements, and discuss your vision for the space.
After the site visit, we will draw up a proposal including a price quote within 2 to 5 business days.
Step 3: Bringing your vision to life
Now comes the fun part! Once you accept our proposal and have reviewed the financial agreement the installation of your unique wall covering begins.
Our workers will go to the job site on the scheduled time and date, and begin the installation.
*Please note that no work can begin until all the financial requirements have been met*

Our professional techs will complete a walkthrough with you to make sure the work is up to our standards, and to your liking.
Once you check off with our tech our office will give you a call to fulfill any remaining balances required.
During this call we will also review the warranty with you, and have you sign off on the project.
